  1. So first of all I want to express that I’m African American before I explain to everyone what’s really going on. This is nothing but a marketing strategy to discourage African American consumers from purchasing their products. It’s called “Race Baiting” which is defined as the unfair use of statements about race to try to influence the actions or attitudes of a particular group of people. In other words they want to influence a particular group of people (African Americans) to not want to purchase their product. As you can see that most African American people are disgusted, and are now protesting and boycotting their product. This is exactly what Gucci wants, when they see young black kids and black celebrities Gucci’d down they feel that it makes their product inferior to their competitors. The fashion industry is using this strategy more and more these days because it works. The old strategy doesn’t work anymore like price gouging because a lot of African Americans are willing to pay top dollar for things they want. Just my opinion thanks…

  2. Smh And Gucci Designer Would Make That In The Middle Of "Black History Month"🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😑🤔😴Not The First Time "Designer Brands" Did This Won't Be The Last😴😴🤷‍♀️

  3. I feel…….. pain is in the mind. What most people fail to realize is it’s art. I don’t feel this is any where near what H&M did still it only resembles black face because of the red lips. Once you connect that image with what you feel is racist then it is what it becomes. I feel people are seeing what they want and not what the designer is truly portraying. Just my opinion. And yes I’m black and well educated in racism.

  4. I don’t really like how people are saying people are being way too sensitive. If that’s what you think, that’s fine. I respect your opinion. Some other people could be upset by it, and that’s not a bad thing. They’re allowed to feel the way they feel and they should be able to say that without being told they’re being sensitive. You don’t need to say that. Obviously that’s just your thought and that’s okay. Let yourself think that but you don’t need to say it. It could upset someone. Just because it hasn’t affected you, doesn’t mean it’s not affected them. Not everyone feels the same way you do x

  5. Lol…i mean…just lol. 1st of all that design is not cute! Let's start there. 2nd they KNOOOW we in a highly sensitive era where we get offended over the slightest soooo y even? 3rd it does look like black face AND they put it on a white woman😂AND it's black history month. I mean who are their advisors? Honestly I think they were tryna piss us off.

  6. The truth is… there’s still nasty people out here trying to exercise their racism. The truth is there’s nasty people out here who have hate in their hearts.
Just because people with common sense are disappointed doesn’t mean that they are being sensitive!!!

  7. Really…no one in the company caught this design? I’ll be putting the few Gucci pieces I have on eBay. AND to the ppl who are saying ppl are being too sensitive, pick up a history book you fools, better yet pick up A book!

  8. Isn't this just a black polo neck jumper with a mouth cut in it…not everyone thinks a racist way if this wasn't pointed out I wouldn't have gave it a second thought…peace peepz

  9. Not one black person thought that that was blackface. They're not that stupid and weak. Just another case of the rich white liberal virtue signaling and making other people look stupid.
